Prohibition of Disclosure

Consequently, these contents may not be disclosed in any form, except with explicit permission. Should this obligation not be respected, CycloneChem S.r.l. will unsubscribe the non-compliant user and reserves the right to take civil action against the violator.

Disclaimer of Liability
CycloneChem S.r.l. is in no way responsible for the failure to pass any competition or exam related to the training course purchased by the user. Therefore, in no event can the user claim any financial and/or moral compensation if, even after completing the course, they fail to pass the exam.
CycloneChem S.r.l. does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, including the formulation of questions and/or answers. However, it is the responsibility of CycloneChem S.r.l. to resolve any errors once reported or identified.
The data from exercises performed may be used for personalized and general statistics; in the latter case, the data will be anonymized and impersonalized.

Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
Before making a purchase, the user explicitly waives the right of withdrawal, unless there is an objective justified reason. Therefore, even if the product purchased does not meet expectations, no compensation or refund can be requested.

Authorization for Personal Data Processing
The user authorizes the processing of sensitive data provided during the registration process, including data related to authentication through existing accounts such as Google or Facebook (Meta).
